John Imhoff Architects was founded in 2010 and is certified with the City and County of San Francisco as an LBE Micro A/E entity. Since then the office has participated in (8) public sector projects at the San Francisco International Airport and San Francisco Public Libraries.

We take pride in being able to execute successful projects which feature a diverse range of planning, architectural design, and environmental issues.  We are committed to quality, technical expertise and the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Our role as a partner on projects is to support the owners and operators of facilities to create environments which suit their needs and aspirations. Through client consultation, we develop simple, meaningful, well-crafted design solutions.

The interdisciplinary approach we practice utilizes a diverse range of skill as designers: building design and space planning, engineering, materiality, detailing, interior design and graphic identity all work together to enhance the design concept.

Following projects through the construction phase we act as construction managers and superintendents to ensure craftsmanship, workmanship and artistry.
